LEAVE FOR LABOUR RELATIONS MATTERS. 27.01 Public Service Labour Relations Board Hearings
(1) Complaints made to the Public Service Labour Relations Board pursuant to Section 190(1) of the Public Service Labour Relations Act
(a) to an employee who makes a complaint on his or her own behalf before the Public Service Labour Relations Board, and
(b) to an employee who acts on behalf of an employee making a complaint, or who acts on behalf of the Institute making a complaint.
LEAVE FOR LABOUR RELATIONS MATTERS. 30.01 Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB) hearings
(a) to an employee who makes a complaint on his own behalf before the FPSLREB, and
(b) to an employee who acts on behalf of an employee making a complaint, or who acts on behalf of the Institute making a complaint.
30.02 Applications for certification, representations and interventions with respect to applications for certification
(a) to an employee who represents the Institute in an application for certification or in an intervention, and
(b) to an employee who makes personal representations with respect to a certification.
LEAVE FOR LABOUR RELATIONS MATTERS. 29.01 British Columbia Labour Relations Board Hearings Complaints Made to the British Columbia Labour Relations Board Pursuant Section 14 of the British Columbia Labour Code
(a) to an employee who makes a complaint on his own behalf before the British Columbia Labour Relations Board, and
(b) to an employee who acts on behalf of an employee making a complaint, or who acts on behalf of the Union making a complaint.
LEAVE FOR LABOUR RELATIONS MATTERS. 27.01 Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board Hearings
(a) Complaints made to the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board pursuant to Section 190(1) of the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave with pay:
(i) to an employee who makes a complaint on their own behalf before the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board, and
(ii) to an employee who acts on behalf of an employee making a complaint, or who acts on behalf of the Institute making a complaint.
