Employees covered by this Section shall furnish the Company a complete inventory of their personal tools, subject to verifica- tion by the Company, and must keep such inventory list current. Employees shall retain a copy of such inventory. Only tools on such inventory list will be considered for replacement. In lieu of submitting a written inventory, an employee may request his supervisor to photograph his tools and create an electronic tool inventory. Upon request, the employee may review and verify his electronic tool inventory.

  • Employees on Layoff A classified employee who receives an Employer Contribution, who has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been permanently or seasonally laid off, remains eligible for an Employer Contribution and all other benefits provided under this Article for an extended benefit eligibility period of six (6) months from the date of layoff.
