EMPLOYEES Directed to Substitute for another EMPLOYEE. Each EMPLOYEE who is directed by his Principal to substitute in an instructional capacity or to xxxxxxx assessments during his/her planning period block in the absence of another EMPLOYEE shall receive a stipend as follows: Minutes Stipend ≥ 15 & <41 $40 ≥ 41 & <81 $50 ≥ 81 $60 When a class is divided among other classes in the absence of another EMPLOYEE, then each EMPLOYEE receiving students shall receive the proportionate amount (proportion determined by the number of teachers) of the below stipend as follows: Minutes Stipend ≥ 15 & <100 $63 ≥ 100 & <200 $108 ≥ 200 $153
