The Company has already hired Schult (and further codifixx xx the execution of this amended agreement) as its President and Chief Executive Officer for a period of no less than five years with automatic five-year term renewals. Employee's Duties and Authority. The Employer shall employ the Executive as Chief Operating Officer or in such other capacity or capacities as the Employer may from time to time prescribe. The Employee shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Employee's Duties and Authority. 4.1 Employer shall employ Executive as Chief Technology Officer, Executive shall have the full power and authority to manage and conduct all the business of Employer, subject to the directions and policies of the Employer and its Board of Directors as they may be, from time to time, stated either orally or in writing. Executive shall not, however, take any of the following actions on behalf of the Employer without the express written approval of the Board of Directors:
