CCLS Chief means the manager, or successor, of Central Contracts and Legal Services or successor section or office.
International Classification means the Classification established under the Locarno Agreement Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs;
Accountant General means the officer of the National Treasury designated as the Accountant- General;
Date of Commercial Operation or “COD” means
National Council means the National Bargaining Council for the Clothing Manufacturing Industry, registered in terms of the Act;
Commercial Operation Date means the date on which a Material Project is substantially complete and commercially operable.
Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.
Regional Centre means a centre established or maintained by the University for the purpose of co-ordinating and supervising the work of Study Centres in any region and for performing such other functions as may be conferred on such centre by the Board of Management;
Accounting Officer clause 65;
Police Chief means the police chief, or designee.
Independent Certified Public Accountant means a person duly registered in good standing and entitled to practice as a certified public accountant under the laws of the place of his residence or principal office and who is in fact independent. In determining whether an accountant is independent with respect to a particular person, appropriate consideration should be given to all relationships between the accountant and that person or any affiliate thereof. Determination of an accountant’s independence shall not be confined to the relationships existing in connection with the filing of reports with the awarding authority.
Commercial Operation Date (COD) means the date certified by the DISCOM’s committee upon successful commissioning (as per provisions of the PPA) of the project when all equipments as per rated capacity have been installed and energy has flown into the grid.
Chief Pretrial Services Officer (i.e., CPSO) means the individual appointed by the court to supervise the work of the court’s pretrial services staff. For the purpose of the contract, the “Chief Probation Officer” acts as the contract administrator on behalf of the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
