Common use of Employees Hired, Reinstated, or Re Clause in Contracts

Employees Hired, Reinstated, or Re. employed on or after July 1, 2009. The salary rate for an employee hired, reinstated, or re-employed on or after July 1, 2009 shall be Step 1 for the job group of his/her position except in cases where an employee is hired at an approved salary rate above the usual hiring rate. Such salary rate shall be paid in accordance with the salary schedules provided in Appendices C-1 through C-4 of this Agreement.

The salary rate for an employee hired, reinstated, or re-employed on or after July 1, 2009 2005 shall be Step 1 for the job group of his/her position except in cases where an employee is hired at an approved salary rate above the usual hiring rate. Such salary rate shall be paid in accordance with the salary schedules provided in Appendices C-1 through C-4 C-6 of this Agreement.
