General Salary Increases. Subject to ORS 243.702, effective January 1, 2002, salary rates for bargaining units participating at the AFSCME central table shall be increased by two percent (2%), but no less than $40.00 per month (prorated for part-time employees). Subject to ORS 243.702, effective February 1, 2003, salary rates for bargaining units participating at the AFSCME central table will be increased by three percent (3%).
General Salary Increases. A. Effective March 22, 2020, the base hourly rate range of each classification covered by this MOA and the base hourly rate of pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by two and one- half percent (2.50%).
B. Effective March 21, 2021, the base hourly rate range of each classification covered by this MOA and the base hourly rate of pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%).
C. Effective April 3, 2022, the base hourly rate range of each classification covered by this MOA and the base hourly rate of pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%).
General Salary Increases. A. Effective June 21, 2015, the base hourly rate range of each classification covered by this Agreement, and the base hourly rate of pay of each represented employee shall be increased by one percent (1%).
B. Effective June 19, 2016, the base hourly rate range of each classification covered by this Agreement, and the base hourly rate of pay of each represented employee shall be increased by three percent (3%).
General Salary Increases. Effective August 17, 2014, employees covered by this agreement shall be eligible for a general salary increase of one percent (1%). Effective August 16, 2015, employees covered by this agreement shall be eligible for a general salary increase of two percent (2%).
General Salary Increases. 1. Effective July 1, 2009, the salary rate of employees shall be increased by one percent (1%).
General Salary Increases and New Step 9
1. Effective with the start of the pay week commencing closest to January 1, 2024, employees shall be provided an across-the-board salary increase of six percent (6%) added to the base hourly rate, rounded to the nearest cent. Salary schedules shall be increased accordingly.
2. Effective on the first Cycle B and Cycle A payday of February 2024, full-time employees in pay status will receive an eight hundred dollar ($800) lump sum payment, less applicable taxes and deductions. This lump sum amount will be pro-rated for seasonal and part time employees. Intermittent employees covered by this Agreement will be eligible on a pro-rated basis based upon the hours worked in the twelve months immediately prior to January 1, 2024.
3. Effective with the start of the pay week commencing closest to July 1, 2024, employees shall be provided an across-the-board salary increase of three percent (3%) added to the base hourly rate, rounded to the nearest cent. Salary schedules shall be increased accordingly.
4. Effective with the start of the pay week commencing closest to July 1, 2024, a new Step 9 shall be created on all applicable salary schedules by adding four percent (4%) to the base hourly rate of the Step 8 rate in place after the salary increase identified in section 3 above, rounded to the nearest cent; employees shall then be advanced to the next higher step on the appropriate salary schedule upon satisfactory completion of one year of service for Steps 1 through 9 on their next scheduled anniversary date consistent with the Salary Schedule Progression language of this article.
General Salary Increases. Effective December 29, 2019, the base pay/salary range of each classification covered by this MOA and the base pay/salary of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by two and one-half percent (2.5%). Effective December 27, 2020, the base pay/salary range of each classification covered by this MOA and the base salary/pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by two and one-half percent (2.5%). Effective December 26, 2021, the base pay/salary range of each classification covered by this MOA and the base salary/pay of each individual employed in any such classification will be increased by two percent (2.0%).
General Salary Increases. Effective July 1, 2003, all Unit 19 classifications shall receive a general salary increase of five percent (5%). The increase shall be calculated by multiplying the base salary by
General Salary Increases. The college agrees to increase the salary schedule amounts listed in Appendix A by the same percentage or amount (i.e., cost of living adjustment, etc.) and upon such date as legislatively authorized and funded, and as prescribed and allocated by the State Board. This “pass-through” provision without bargaining and ratification applies to salary increased paid wholly by state general funds. General salary increases paid with local funds shall, in addition to adhering to legislative authorization and State Board prescription, also be subject to bargaining and ratification by the Federation and Board.
