Common use of Employees on Leave or Suspended Clause in Contracts

Employees on Leave or Suspended. Where a continuous period of absence from work on leave of absence without pay or suspension from duty not in violation of Article 11, exceeds one-half (½) the number of working days in any month, no sick leave credits shall accumulate for that month, but the employee shall retain any sick leave credits prior to such leave or suspension from duty.
