EMPLOYEES' PARTICIPATION. The M.E.A. recognizes the importance of keeping employees abreast of all technological changes, implementation of new operations or new working methods. The Joint Labour Relations Committee's role is to discuss and resolve any questions concerning the introduction of a technological change, a new operation or a new working method as described in Article 22.01.
