Special Schedule delivery/reception of containers by “city trucks" for container terminals The employer may use the work schedule of 06:00 to 15:00 for his operations of delivery or reception of containers by "city trucks" on container terminals in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
Special Schedule. At least (5) working days advance notice shall be given an 11 employee prior to commencement of a special schedule altering working hours for more than (1) day 12 except when circumstances of same are beyond the control or knowledge of Judicial Administration 13 management.
Special Schedule. Bid Form – An electronic form within the OBS used by each employee who wishes to exercise their seniority to claim an available Tour of Duty when the company initiates a Special Schedule as outlined within Article 24.0, clause 24.8.
Special Schedule. It is the intent of the Owner that the work at the site starts per construction contract. Owner will indicate at the pre-construction meeting the exact date when this work may start. Once work is started, the Owner desires all work to be performed continuously until completed.
Special Schedule. A special schedule refers to the situation where the work day may exceed eight (8) hours but the work week does not exceed forty (40) hours. Hourly employees who are working an approved special schedule are not eligible for overtime when they work in excess of eight (8) hours per day. However, all overtime and compensatory pay provisions apply when hours worked/paid exceed forty (40) hours in a work week.
