Employees Records. 19.02.01 The Company will advise the Union Chairperson of changes to the Employee Records Privacy Policy and will advise new employees of its existence. 19.02.02 In the event the Company uses any employee's individual personnel records to support disciplinary or discharge action, a copy of such records will be given to the employee upon request.
