Common use of Employee’s Right to Committee Presence Clause in Contracts

Employee’s Right to Committee Presence. Any employee or group of employees who are called into any meeting regarding any matter which comes under the jurisdiction of the Union may request the presence of the President of the local and/or Unit Chairperson or a member of the Grievance Committee and such request shall not be denied.
