Employees with Less Than 5 Years of Service. 1. All employees working on a full-time basis shall be entitled to vacation leave with pay of one (1) working day for each month of service (calculated at 3.65 hours per biweekly pay period) which may be accumulated. 2. During the employee’s first six (6) months of employment, vacation leave shall accrue as provided in paragraph 1, but no vacation leave shall be taken during such period.
