Common use of Employees with Less than Fifteen Years’ Service Clause in Contracts

Employees with Less than Fifteen Years’ Service. All employees working on a full-time basis who have completed ten (10) or more years of employment shall be entitled to vacation leave with pay of one and one-half (1.5) working days for each month of service which may be accumulated.
