Employees working less than. 40 Hours Per Week 8.6.5.1 For current employees (employees hired prior to January 1, 1996) working twenty (20) or more hours per week but less than forty (40) hours per week, the District will contribute a pro-rata amount for fringe benefits. 8.6.5.2 For current employees (employees hired prior to January 1, 1996) working less than twenty (20) hours per week, the District will contribute $500.00 for fringe benefits. 8.6.5.3 For employees hired after the effective date (January 1, 1996) of this Agreement working twenty-five (25) or more hours per week but less than forty (40) hours per week, the District will contribute a pro-rata amount for fringe benefits.
