Employees Working Second or Third Shifts. Supervisory unit employees who work the second or third shift shall be scheduled to work six (6) consecutive days, at 8.5 hours per day and, thereafter shall have three (3) consecutive days off. Said employees will have a basic work day of 8.5 hours and an average basic work week (annually) not to exceed forty (40) hours. Overtime accrual for said employees (under Section 13.01) will be after 8.5 hours and not 8 hours.
