Employer Designated as Owner. Each Contract shall designate the Employer as sole owner, with rights reserved to said Employer to exercise those rights or options contained therein that apply to the owner of the Contract. All such Contracts shall be held by the Employer who shall have the power and right to take such actions with respect to such Contracts as shall be in accordance with this Plan for purposes of providing benefits to Participants. The Employer shall be treated as trustee to the extent that the Contracts are treated as trusts pursuant to Code Section 401(f).
