Common use of Employer Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Employer Indemnity. ‌ The Union shall indemnify and hold the Employer or designee harmless against claims, demands, suits, or other forms of liability which may arise out of action taken by the Employer or designee for the purpose of complying with the provisions of this Article.
