EMPLOYER NOT TO NEGOTIATE WITH EMPLOYEE. After a grievance has been initiated, the Employer shall not initiate negotiations with the aggrieved employee with respect to the grievance, either directly or indirectly, without the consent or presence of a Xxxxxxx or Chief Xxxxxxx. Once initiated the grievance shall be the property of the Union.

Once initiated filed the grievance shall be the property joint responsibility of the griever and the Union.
