EMPLOYER REQUIRED HEALTH EXAMINATIONS AND COURSES. The district agrees to cover the full cost of any necessary medical examination, required trainings, trainings required to maintain licensure and/or safety courses required as a condition of employment, or continued employment, in accordance with the provisions outlined in the education code or government code. At the time such notice is issued to unit members, the district shall also provide instructions for reimbursement for such expenses. The district will reimburse unit members for any cost not covered by district provided health plans.
