Common use of Employment and Services Clause in Contracts

Employment and Services. a) UO has employed you and you have agreed to perform your exclusive services for UO upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, and the UO employee policies and procedures as communicated to you from time to time. b) You will perform such services as requested from time to time by the President and Chief Executive Officer, Universal Orlando, or his duly authorized representative. Your employment as Vice President, Finance & Controller will commence on April 2, 2006, it being understood that the President and Chief Executive Officer, Universal Orlando, or his duly authorized officers may assign you to render your services in different occupational areas within Universal Orlando, in their sole discretion.

Your employment as Senior Vice President/General Manager, Finance & Controller Resort Revenue Operations, will commence on April 2December 4, 20062007, it being understood that the President and or Chief Executive Officer, Universal Orlando, or his their duly authorized officers may assign you to render your services in different occupational areas within Universal Orlando, in their sole discretion.

Your employment as Senior Vice President, Finance & Controller Legal Affairs and General Counsel pursuant to this Agreement will commence on April 2January 17, 20062010, it being understood that the President and or Chief Executive Officer, Universal Orlando, or his their duly authorized officers may assign you to render your services in different occupational areas within Universal Orlando, in their sole discretion.

Your employment as Senior Vice President, Finance & Controller President and Chief Financial Officer pursuant to this Agreement will commence on April 2September 19, 20062010, it being understood that the President and or Chief Executive Officer, Universal Orlando, or his their duly authorized officers may assign you to render your services in different occupational areas within Universal OrlandoUO, in their sole discretion.
