Employment Beyond the Termination Date. The Company and the Mill Local Unions will jointly seek approval for work periods extending past July 31, 1993. This approval will be sought from the Director of Employment Standards for a period of 36 months. The terms and conditions of this Adjustment Plan have been agreed to on behalf of the concerned parties by the undersigned on this 3rd day of June, 1993 at Kapuskasing, Ontario. X.
