COMMUTERS. The Company and the Union agree that commuter operations shall be carried out by the Company on the following terms and conditions:
COMMUTERS. Employees who are required by the Company and agree to provide their own means of transportation will be paid thirty-two (32) cents or the Company policy rate per kilometer, whichever is greater, for all kilometers traveled to the work site and return from either their residence or Hearst, whichever is the shortest distance.
