Employment Conditions Upon Recall. If a faculty member has been recalled under this provision, his/her (new) date of appointment will be the date of his/her first contract for the purposes of Article 13.03.c.i. Regular Faculty who are recalled to regular positions shall be placed on scale in accordance with his/her last step on scale as applied to the salary scale in effect at the time of recall.

Regular faculty who are recalled to regular positions shall be placed on scale in accordance with his/her last step on scale as applied to the salary scale in effect at the time of recall. Where a faculty member is recalled after being terminated, and where the number of months of termination prior to re-commencing work is less than the number of months of severance pay received by the faculty member, the faculty member shall refund the balance of his/her severance pay to the College.
