Employment Elsewhere. A leave of absence will not be granted to enable an NTT Faculty member to apply for or accept employment elsewhere or for self-employment, unless the NTT Faculty member has received advance written permission from the Xxxxxxx. Any NTT Faculty member who engages in employment elsewhere (including self-employment) while on any leave of absence without having received the Xxxxxxx’x prior written approval may be terminated by the Board.
