Common use of Employment in Excluded Positions Clause in Contracts

Employment in Excluded Positions. A) An employee accepting a position of a continuous nature which is with the same Employer but outside of her bargaining unit, shall retain her seniority accumulated up to the date of leaving the bargaining unit, for a period of ninety (90) calendar days. B) An employee who accepts a temporary assignment with the Employer outside the bargaining unit, shall continue to accumulate seniority for up to twelve (12)
