Common use of Employment of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Employment of Consultant. For and in consideration of the covenants herein contained, CONSULTANT hereby covenants and agrees as an independent contractor, to perform the services herein described with diligence and in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill normally exercised for such professional services in the State of Texas. CONSULTANT agrees to perform professional services in connection with the Project as set forth below, and CITY agrees to pay, and CONSULTANT agrees to accept, fees as set forth in this Contract as full and final compensation for all services performed under this Contract. CONSULTANT shall provide architectural, landscape architectural design services and preparation of construction documents for Mineral well public plaza development at downtown Arlington, being located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”

CONSULTANT agrees to perform professional engineering services in connection with the Project as set forth below, and CITY agrees to pay, and CONSULTANT agrees to accept, fees as set forth in this Contract as full and final compensation for all services performed under this Contract. If CONSULTANT is representing that it has special expertise in one or more areas to be utilized in this Contract, then CONSULTANT agrees to perform those special expertise services to the appropriate local, regional and national professional standards. CONSULTANT shall provide architectural, landscape architectural design professional engineering services to provide plans and preparation of construction documents for Mineral well public plaza development at downtown Arlington, being the Parking Lot Renovations proposed for the Xxxxxx Xxxx Recreation Center located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”

Employment of Consultant. For and in consideration of the covenants herein contained, CONSULTANT hereby covenants and agrees as an independent contractor, to perform the services herein described with diligence and in a manner consistent with the level of care and skill normally exercised for such professional services in the State of Texas. CONSULTANT shall provide architectural, landscape architectural design professional services and for the preparation of construction documents plans, specifications and cost estimates for Mineral well public plaza development at downtown ArlingtonPhase 1 of the Village/Rush Creek hike/bike trail, being located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”

Employment of Consultant. CONSULTANT shall provide architectural, landscape architectural design professional services and for the preparation of construction documents for Mineral well public plaza development at downtown Arlingtonthe Arlington Gateway Monuments along US Highway 287 and SH 360, being located within the City of Arlington, Tarrant County, Texas, and hereinafter referred to as the “Project.”
