Scope of Services by CONSULTANT. Consultant shall perform these services at the direction of WFRC in accordance with commonly accepted professional standards and to WFRC's satisfaction without increase or decrease in cost or fee payable to Consultant. WFRC reserves the right to refine or amend these work tasks, as necessary.
Scope of Services by CONSULTANT. Consultant shall provide certain professional land surveying services including but not limited to review of certain subdivision maps that are submitted to the City, and provide comment as to whether those maps are technically correct. All services rendered by Consultant shall be authorized in advance by the City. Exhibit A
Scope of Services by CONSULTANT. Consultant shall provide planning, design, bidding services, and services during construction for the project described above on a time-and-expense basis, as indicated in attached Exhibit A. The CONSULTANT agrees to perform the above-described services for the CLIENT.
