Common use of Employment of foreign nationals Clause in Contracts

Employment of foreign nationals. The Concessionaire acknowledges, agrees and undertakes that employment of foreign personnel by the Concessionaire and/or its contractors and their sub-contractors shall be subject to grant of requisite regulatory permits and approvals including employment/residential visas and work permits, if any required, and the obligation to apply for and obtain the same shall and will always be of the Concessionaire and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, refusal of or inability to obtain any such permits and approvals by the Concessionaire or any of its contractors shall not constitute Force Majeure Event, and shall not in any manner excuse the Concessionaire from the performance and discharge of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement.

Employment of foreign nationals. 12.3.1 The Concessionaire acknowledges, agrees and undertakes that employment of foreign personnel by the Concessionaire and/or its contractors and their sub-contractors the Contractors shall be subject to grant of requisite regulatory permits and approvals including employment/residential visas and work permits, if any required, and the obligation to apply for and obtain the same shall and will always be the sole responsibility of the Concessionaire and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, refusal of or inability to obtain any such permits and approvals by the Concessionaire or any of its contractors the relevant Contractor shall not constitute Force Majeure Event, and shall not in any manner excuse the Concessionaire from the performance and discharge of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement. 12.3.2 The Concessionaire shall use reasonable efforts to promote local contractors and to employ and engage, to the extent practicable local employees and contractors.

Employment of foreign nationals. 5.3.1 The Concessionaire Service Provider acknowledges, agrees and undertakes that employment of foreign personnel Personnel by the Concessionaire Service Provider and/or its contractors and their sub-contractors shall be subject to grant of requisite regulatory permits and approvals including employment/residential visas and work permits, if any required, and the obligation to apply for and obtain the same shall and will always be of the Concessionaire Service Provider and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, refusal of or inability to obtain any such permits and approvals by the Concessionaire Service Provider or any of its sub-contractors shall not constitute Force Majeure Event, and shall not in any manner excuse the Concessionaire Service Provider from the performance and discharge of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement.

The Concessionaire Lessee acknowledges, agrees and undertakes that employment of foreign personnel by the Concessionaire and/or Lessee and/ or its contractors Contractor and their sub-contractors shall be subject to grant of requisite regulatory regulation permits and approvals including employment/employment/ residential visas and work permits, if any required, and the obligation to apply for and obtain the same shall and will always be of the Concessionaire Lessee and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, refusal of or inability to obtain any such permits and approvals by the Concessionaire Lessee or any of its Contractor or sub-contractors shall not constitute Force Majeure EventMajeure, and shall not in any manner excuse the Concessionaire Lessee from the performance and discharge of its obligations and liabilities under this Agreement.
