Common use of Employment Offers Clause in Contracts

Employment Offers. Upon notice to the Seller, and at mutually agreeable times, the Seller will permit the Buyers to meet with its employees prior to the Closing Date. The Buyers may, at their option, extend offers of employment to all or any of the Seller's employees effective on the Closing Date.
