Employment on "At-Will" Basis. All persons and entities presently employed in connection with the operation and maintenance of the Premises are employed on an "at will" basis; are dischargeable upon thirty (30) days notice, and, unless otherwise directed by Xxxxx in writing prior to the Inspection Period Expiration Date, shall be terminated by Seller as of Closing. There are no labor disputes pending, nor to the best of each Seller's knowledge, contemplated pertaining to the operation or maintenance of the Premises, or any part thereof. Seller has no employment agreements, either written or oral, with any person which would require Buyer to employ any person after the date hereof.

  • Payment on Termination If an employee is terminated after the end of a year of employment, the employee is deemed to have been given any untaken leave from the date of termination and shall be paid for that leave accordingly. The employee shall also be paid for any public holidays falling within the period of leave in addition to payment for the leave. If an employee is terminated before the end of a full year of employment, the employee shall be paid pro-rata annual leave based on the period of service.

  • Termination at Will This Agreement may be terminated by the OAG for any reason upon five days written notice via certified U.S. mail, hand delivery, or email to the Provider to the physical or email address provided by the Provider in the application.
