Common use of Employment Position Clause in Contracts

Employment Position. While employed by the Company, Employee shall (a) serve as the Company’s Vice President, Sales and Marketing, (b) report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”), and (c) perform the duties and functions assigned to him by the CEO.

Employment Position. While employed by the Company, Employee shall (a) serve as the Company’s Vice Chief Executive Officer and President, Sales and Marketing, (b) report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer Board of Directors (the “CEOBoard”), and (c) perform the duties and functions assigned to him by the CEOBoard.

Employment Position. While employed by the Company, Employee shall (a) serve as the Company’s Vice President, Sales and MarketingOperations,, (b) report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (the “CEO”), and (c) perform the duties and functions assigned to him by the CEO.
