Initial Duties. The Employee is engaged as the President, the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Lending Officer of the Company, and his duties shall include, but not be limited to the following: (i) Directing the day to day loan activities of the Company in accordance with the policies and objectives established by the Board of Directors of the Company; (ii) Developing loan and credit policies and standards and procedures for the Company; (iii) Directing and coordinating the activities of the Company's staff and operations; (iv) Performing all things reasonably necessary or desirable to promote the business of the Company, and performing such other duties as the Board of Directors of the Company may prescribe.
Initial Duties. The City will submit to the Contractor a list of locations where graffiti exists. The Contractor shall be responsible for scheduling and accomplishing the graffiti removal where signed release form(s) are on file for private property owner(s), within three (3) working days. At least 90% of the incidences shall be removed within 24 hours of being reported to the City. 99% of the incidences shall be removed within 72 hours of being reported to the City. The Contractor shall not be paid for graffiti removal services at addresses for which there is no executed release form on file or submitted, except in emergencies, with City direction and approval. The Contractor shall deliver completed work orders real-time to the CPM via web-based system. Web based system must provide the City user-friendly real-time billing information so that monthly workloads can be adjusted based upon the available budget. Accommodations for special projects may be made. If the Contractor observes graffiti that is not described on the master list provided by the City, the Contractor may remove the graffiti provided that the following requirements are met: 1. The Contractor reports the address of the location, method of removal, and cost of removal directly to the CPM’s mobile device provided by the Contractor.
