Common use of Employment Position Clause in Contracts

Employment Position. Corporation agrees to employ Executive as Vice President Sales and Customer Relations of the Retailer Services Department of Corporation's Pay Per Transaction ("PPT") Division, and Executive accepts such employment, under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, without separate compensation, as an officer and/or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of Corporation. Corporation represents to Executive that it currently has and will maintain directors and officers liability insurance.

Employment Position. Corporation agrees to continue to employ Executive as Vice President Sales and Customer Relations of the Retailer Services Department of Corporation's Pay Per Transaction ("PPT") President, PPT Division, and Executive accepts such employment, under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Executive also agrees to serve, if elected, without separate compensation, as an officer and/or director of any subsidiary or affiliate of Corporation. Corporation represents to Executive that it currently has and will maintain directors and officers liability insurance.

Corporation represents to Executive that it currently has and will maintain directors and officers liability insurance.
