EMS Division. a) EMS Coordinator hourly salary rate shall be based on the following formula: Effective July 1, 2023, Staff Captain salary plus a premium of twelve percent (12%) of top step Fire Fighter base hourly rate. Effective July 1, 2024, Staff Captain salary plus a premium of thirteen percent (13%) of top step Fire Fighter base hourly rate.
