EMS/SCADA System. Each Participating TO shall operate and maintain its EMS/SCADA systems and shall allow the CAISO access to the Participating TO’s data from such systems relating to the facilities under the CAISO's Operational Control. The CAISO, at its own cost, may, if it considers it necessary for the purpose of carrying out its responsibilities under this Agreement, acquire, install, and maintain additional monitoring equipment on any Participating TO's property.
