Common use of ENACTMENT Clause in Contracts

ENACTMENT. It is agreed that the foregoing shall be jointly submitted to the Board of Directors by the Director of Human Resource Services and the Union for the Board’s consideration and approval. Upon such approval, this MOU shall supersede and control over conflicting or inconsistent ACFD, County or Fire Commissioners resolutions, regulations or policies.
