End of Maximum Residency Period. The Tenant’s eligibility to live in the rental unit will end at the completion of his/her four (4) year maximum eligibility period. The Tenant will be permitted to stay for the remainder of the academic term in which the end of his/her eligibility falls. The Tenant must submit a 30-day vacate notice to UHDS.

The Seller, at no expense, shall fully cooperate with Buyer in obtaining any and all approvals required from any Federal, State, or Local Government ("Governmental Approvals") necessary for Buyer to satisfy their needs during the Inspection Period for the suitability of the Property. Said Governmental Approvals shall be obtained during the Inspection Period unless the Parties agree otherwise. Any additional agreements related to this Section must be done in writing and attached to this Agreement.

  • Free Look Period The free look period shall be applicable at the inception of the policy and:

  • Employee leaving during notice period An employee given notice of termination in circumstances of redundancy may terminate their employment during the period of notice. The employee is entitled to receive the benefits and payments they would have received under this clause had they remained in employment until the expiry of the notice, but is not entitled to any payment in lieu of any remaining notice.

  • Time Off During Notice Period During the period of notice of termination given by the employer, an employee shall be allowed up to one day's time off without loss of pay for the purpose of seeking other employment. Provided that in such circumstance the employee shall not be entitled to payment in lieu of notice.
