End User Requirements. 4.6.1 The Supplier shall ensure that the Online Programme Management Tool has the following End User functionality: 4.6.1.1 The provision of a transactions log which provides End Users with visibility of every transaction they have made using the ePurchasing Card Solution. 4.6.1.2 Accessibility to view and download monthly statements that list every transaction made by the End User using the ePurchasing Card Solution in each Month including details of any charges levied during the period in accordance with Framework Schedule 3 (Charging Structure).
