End User Privacy. LICENSOR agrees that with respect to Location Information, it will, and it will ensure that the Information Service will, (i) comply with the Location Based Services Developer’s Privacy Guide attached as Schedule 3, (ii) comply with AT&T’s Privacy Policy, currently located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/privacy, (iii) comply with AT&T security requirements, the current version of which is attached as Exhibit H (“Security Requirements”), and (iv) comply with the Terms of Use, provided LICENSOR is provided with written notice of any changes to such policies, terms and requirements.

End User Privacy. Customer’s use of the Services in the Customer Application will comply with applicable privacy laws, including laws regarding Services that store and access Cookies on End Users’ devices. End User Privacy. To enable Sponsor’s payment obligations hereunder, and so that Sponsor is able to verify Sponsor End Users eligible for Sponsorship, the Parties may disclose the Personally Identifiable Information of Sponsor End Users to each other, with the Sponsor End User’s consent. Neither party may sell, retain, use, or disclose such Personally Identifiable Information for any purpose other than for the specific purposes set forth in this Contract. For the purposes of this Contract “Sell” means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating orally, in writing, or by electronic or other means, Personally Identifiable Information by one entity to another for monetary or other valuable consideration.
End User Privacy. Q Point will not monitor, edit, review or disclose the contents of any GDX workspace without End User’s prior permission, unless: a) as required by law; b) in compliance with legal authorities or during any legal proceeding; c) to enforce this Agreement; d) to respond to any good faith belief or claim that any of its contents violates the rights or interests of any third party or violates this Agreement; and/or e) to protect the rights and/or property of Q Point, its licensors or any other third party. As an End User, you acknowledge and agree that sharing of your GDX workspace content with other users is a feature of the Service, and you are responsible for setting and maintaining the proper sharing controls.
End User Privacy. Both Parties will comply with all applicable data privacy laws and will not use, disclose, or transfer across borders Personal Data except as necessary to perform under this Agreement. “Personal Data” means any information that is processed during the exploitation of the Games that may identify an individual End User. The parties will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect the privacy and legal rights of End Users. If the End Users provide either party with, or if the Games accesses or uses, user names, passwords, or other login information or personal information, the receiving party must make the End Users aware that the information will be available to the receiving party, and the receiving party must provide legally adequate privacy notice and protection for those End Users. Further, Games may only use that information for the limited purposes for which the End User has given the receiving party permission.
