ENERGY BROCHURE. Buyer acknowledges receipt of Florida Energy-Efficiency Rating Information Brochure 218 required by Section 553.996, F.S. 219 (f) LEAD-BASED PAINT: If Property includes pre-1978 residential housing, a lead-based paint disclosure is 220 mandatory. 221 (g) HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION/COMMUNITY DISCLOSURE: BUYER SHOULD NOT EXECUTE THIS 222 223 CONTRACT UNTIL BUYER HAS RECEIVED AND READ THE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION/COMMUNITY DISCLOSURE, IF APPLICABLE. 224 (h) PROPERTY TAX DISCLOSURE SUMMARY: BUYER SHOULD NOT RELY ON THE SELLER’S CURRENT 225 PROPERTY TAXES AS THE AMOUNT OF PROPERTY TAXES THAT THE BUYER MAY BE OBLIGATED TO 226 PAY IN THE YEAR SUBSEQUENT TO PURCHASE. Buyer 232 and Seller shall comply with FIRPTA, which may require Seller to provide additional cash at Closing. If Seller 233 is not a “foreign person”, Seller can provide Buyer, at or prior to Closing, a certification of non-foreign status, 234 under penalties of perjury, to inform Buyer and Closing Agent that no withholding is required. See STANDARD 235 V for further information pertaining to FIRPTA. Buyer and Seller are advised to seek legal counsel and tax 236 advice regarding their respective rights, obligations, reporting and withholding requirements pursuant to 237 FIRPTA. 238 (j) SELLER DISCLOSURE: Seller knows of no facts materially affecting the value of the Real Property which are 239 not readily observable and which have not been disclosed to Buyer. Except as provided for in the preceding 240 sentence, Seller extends and intends no warranty and makes no representation of any type, either express or 241 implied, as to the physical condition or history of the Property.   • Generelt A. Apple Inc. (“Apple”) giver hermed licenstager licens til at bruge Apple-softwaren, evt. tredjepartssoftware, dokumentation, , grænseflader, indhold, skrifter og evt. data, som følger med denne licens, uanset om de er præinstalleret på Apple-hardware, forefindes på disk, som ROM (Read Only Memory), på andet medie eller i anden form (under et kaldet “Apple-softwaren”) i henhold til betingelserne i denne licensaftale.   • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Financial Management System Subrecipient shall establish and maintain a sound financial management system, based upon generally accepted accounting principles. Contractor’s system shall provide fiscal control and accounting procedures that will include the following: i. Information pertaining to tuition rates, payments, and educational assistance payments; and

  • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • No Reverse Engineering You may not, and you agree not to or enable others to, copy (except as expressly permitted by this License or by the Usage Rules if they are applicable to you), decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, decrypt, modify, or create derivative works of the Apple Software or any services provided by the Apple Software, or any part thereof (except as and only to the extent any foregoing restriction is prohibited by applicable law or to the extent as may be permitted by the licensing terms governing use of open-sourced components included with the Apple Software).

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Data Storage Where required by applicable law, Student Data shall be stored within the United States. Upon request of the LEA, Provider will provide a list of the locations where Student Data is stored.
