Common use of Energy Company Boycotts Clause in Contracts

Energy Company Boycotts. Contractor represents and warrants that: (1) it does not, and will not for the duration of the contract, boycott energy companies or (2) the verification required by Section 2274.002 of the Texas Government Code does not apply to the contract. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the contract, Contractor shall promptly notify PSA.
