Energy Policy and Conservation. Act All recipients must comply with the requirements of 42 U.S.C. § 6201 which contain policies relating to energy efficiency that are defined in the state energy conservation plan issues in compliance with this Act.
Energy Policy and Conservation. Act - Under this Contract the Contractor shall give due consideration to and, as applicable, comply with the standards, orders, and requirements relating to energy efficiency contained in the Department energy conservation plans issued in compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (P.L. 94-165).

These charges shall be payable within sixty (60) days after the date specified.

Buyer expects that Seller’s EMS shall promote health and safety, environmental stewardship, and pollution prevention by appropriate source reduction strategies. Seller shall convey the requirement of this clause to its suppliers. Seller shall not deliver goods that contain asbestos mineral fibers.
