Common use of Engagement of Independent Review Organization Clause in Contracts

Engagement of Independent Review Organization. Within 90 days after the Effective Date, the Parties shall engage an entity (the “Independent Review Organization” or “IRO”) that meets the qualifications and requirements outlined in Appendix A to this CIA, which is incorporated by reference, to perform the reviews described in this Section III.D.
