Grant of Temporary Entry 1. On “Remain Open” Temporary Roads, all bridges and culverts shall remain in place and ditches shall not be eliminated. All drainage structures shall be left in func- tional condition.

Whether you or the Credit Union terminates this Agreement, the termination shall not affect your obligations under this Agreement for any electronic transactions made prior to termination.
