Common use of Engagement; Scope of Services Clause in Contracts

Engagement; Scope of Services. Vendor shall provide to the College the Services described on Exhibit A to this Agreement, including, without limtation, the creation, development and delivery of the photographic, video production services, graphic, pictorial and other means of creative expression(s) of, about and/or relating to College, and/or any of its programs, events, faculty, staff, students and/or guests (collectively, the “Work Product”). The College shall establish the goals to be achieved by the Services but not the details nor means by which such goals are accomplished.
