Net Metering If you generate electricity from a renewable generating facility to offset your electricity consumption and/or use net metering at any time during the term of this Agreement, you must notify Starion.
Interconnection Point The Service Provider is responsible for connecting to the LFC Network at the Interconnection Point. The LFC may only change an Interconnection Point if a change is necessary to protect the security or integrity of that Interconnection Point in order to maintain the continuity of supply of the Wholesale Services. Delivery Point (a) All Energy shall be Delivered hereunder by Seller to Buyer at the Delivery Point. Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.
