ENHANCED DEVICE CONFIGURATION FILE MANAGEMENT. In addition to the services provided in “Basic managed device configuration file management”, the Insite Service Provider will compare “Configuration Events” to a valid change control or confirm the details of the changes with the Customer or field engineering staff. All network documentation is then updated accordingly for a valid change. Insite operations staff will detect this event and notify the Customer appropriately. Changes, which affect the ability of the management system to accurately report on availability and performance of the device, will result in further action. These include comparing the changes to a valid change control or confirming the details of the changes with the Customer or field engineering staff.   • Designated Configuration; Trained Personnel State Street and the Fund shall be responsible for supplying, installing and maintaining the Designated Configuration at the Designated Locations. State Street and the Fund agree that each will engage or retain the services of trained personnel to enable both parties to perform their respective obligations under this Addendum.
