Enrollee Services Director. The Enrollee Services Director shall be a full-time position that coordinates communications with Enrollees and other Enrollee services, such as acting as an Enrollee advocate. This position shall ensure that Contractor maintains sufficient Enrollee service staff to enable Enrollees to receive prompt resolution of their problems or inquiries.‌
