Enrollment-Contingent Courses. The University, in its sole discretion, may offer summer courses on an enrollment contingency basis. a. The University will make the formulas and parameters to be used to calculate a course’s minimum enrollment in the summer available to all Faculty and academic administrators annually by January 30. b. The specific minimum enrollment for the enrollment-contingent course will be communicated to the Faculty member at the time the course assignment is offered to the Faculty member, and noted on the summer workload statement.
